"...storm"

I'll give this one observation about #45, and lay off as I have been doing more or less.

He never really wanted to be President.

I'm certain of this. He never really planned to win. It was for the thrill of it, and the rewards of the grand publicity with which he planned to launch Trump TV.

Instead he became the most powerful man in the world. A dream beyond imaging which he didn't want. It would be too much trouble, and no real fun...and it isn't for anybody.

This is why he's always so pissed ugly, and nuts. Why he tweets insanity, and refuses to give up his businesses or reveal in his tax stuff.

Also why he golfs most of the time...he has a "fuck it" attitude about his job. He doesn't know how to do it, and doesn't want to learn. He acts like an autocrat because that's what he thought all presidents were.

He really hates the job, and everything about it.

He's not Mussolini or even Huey Long, and has no grand far right plan to subjugate us. He's just letting the republican extremist do as they please...he couldn't care less.

That's pretty much it.

(...That said I'm more interested in what this big storm coming will or won't turn into!)
