"Money shot of our pal going to meet the G-ddess!"
I think he will be surprised.
"The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights told Reuters on Tuesday that it had "confirmed information" that Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has been killed. The death of Baghdadi, who declared a caliphate governed by Islamic law from a mosque in Mosul in 2014, would be one of the biggest blows yet to the jihadist group, which is trying to defend shrinking territory in Syria and Iraq."
"The United States put up a $25 million reward for his capture, the same amount it had offered for al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden and his successor Ayman al-Zawahri. It is not yet known if anybody will claim the bounty."
(Stolen from NBC News.)
Hey fuck I'll take the cash if nobody is itching to take credit. Actually it was one of several Russian jet fighter bomber pilots that dropped the fateful ordinance on that particular soldier of fucking gawd. I hope he collects, and moves to Brooklyn to join the rest of the immigrant Russian mafia.
Btw you note Trump is deporting law abiding innocent Hispanics Africans, and assorted seekers of freedom. However is giving a pass to his pals from the world's terrorist states. Saudi Arabia, and Russia being two real noticeable ones.
Federal law being what it is, and my being a loyal American, and all. I cannot legally say what I would like to see happen to a certain world leader. However perhaps nature will intervene on behave of a suffering world.
Grand-mal stroke perhaps Ebola or something merciful like these may come on stage to season the act. In any case our favorite head chopper "Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi" now exists...if you believe in such stuff...as he did, he's in the "Other Place".
A perhaps an interesting "Twilight Zone" ironic version of that "other place". This where he gets to spend eternity or certainly a few weeks as a pork sausage beacon sandwich being served to racist evangelical truck drivers in a Tucson diner in the unusually hot summer of 1956.
As "Gilbert, and Sullivan" used to say, and still does via the "Mikado".
"Let the Punishment fit the Crime".
Btw...I'm actually sincerely sorry for Abu's family, and also sorry his several thousands of personal victims. He ordered many mass executions. He was on his way to the level of a Reinhard Heydrich.
The Nazi butcher of Poland.
Abu's number's were not yet close to Reinhard's. However given a few more years,...which he thought he had. Abu would have been neck, and neck with Reinhard. So sorry for his family...a loss is a loss. Also Abu's death will not bring back his victims. However he was at least stopped from inching his body count up to meet Reinhard's.
However the War continues.

Well one of them. There are other contenders for the Throne. Though yes they in their turn will be blown to tiny bits. Yet they persist. The war continues.
Wars with peoples who base they loyalty on religious faith. Rather in a way like the Imperial Japanese. Such wars cannot be negotiated to an end. They must be fought to the end. The end of the most loyal believers.
It took two Atomic Bombs to convince the true believers of Japan that the game was over. If it were not for the fallout literal, and world political. A nuclear solution would end our current troubles. Indeed might truly be the 'only' way to end them.
Hence it drags on for generations. Me despite my bleeding heart tendencies would agree with the use of the 10 to 15 Strategic, and tactical nuclear warheads necessary to end,...forever,...the threat of the current religious war, and it determined warriors.
The older I get the more I understand the sort of world I live in. That, and have shed more, and more of my so-called "moral" scruples.
This war must end. It's perpetrators refuse to stop. This because their g-d demands it continues. So in the context of there being nothing above us of other than empty sky. Not one Angel. Therefore the liberal use of the necessary exterminates.
History will thank us, and future head choppers for g-d will be chastened.
If I could get to one of the ground zeros. I'd piss on their irradiated graves.
There's a big downside to this too. Patrick Cockburn just wrote this from Iraq:
*****
July 13, 2017 "Information Clearing House" - “There were very few Daesh [Isis fighters] in our neighbourhood, but they dropped a lot of bombs on them,” says Qais, 47, a resident of the al-Jadida district of Mosul. “We reckon that the airstrikes here killed between 600 and 1,000 people.”
He shows pictures on his phone of a house that had stood beside his own before it was hit by a bomb or missile that had reduced it to a heap of smashed-up bricks. “There were no Daesh in the house,” says Qais. But there were seven members of the Abu Imad family living there, of whom five were killed along with two passers-by."
*****
That's a big price that quite a few people paid just to kill one guy who will probably be quickly replaced. The problem with U.S. is that we kill people wantonly. It would have been so much better if we hadn't invaded Iraq to begin with.
Remember when people wanted peace and love? Where did those people go?
