“…ask”

We need to step back from the extreme chaos, and edged emotions,…for just a moment. That, and consider if a private citizen should speak to the president. #45. The President of the United States of America. They should not waste his time with what he already knows.

A world leader’s time is measured in lives.
So this citizen should simply ask. Ask the President.
Ask him if he could be kind.
Be kind when he could. Reach into himself and be generous merciful when he could.
Not by vast programs, but by quiet personal acts.
That’s all.
This may be something he never considered.
Something he didn’t already know.
That is kindness in the context of vast power.
This could be his redemption,…and ours.

I understand this might be something powerful leaders ‘can’t’ consider. No mater their policies. Which is why they must.
