"Unstruck in Time"

An early "Harry Potter" figurine in a 1950's time warp.
As they say, "Shit happens".
Btw this figure of "Ron"
was designed before the actor that played him was cast.
Same with the others in the set.

I got up this evening,...yeah my sleep is badly disrupted like everyone else's. Anyway I look at these images, and wondered why I did them. I mean it just happened. I was there it came to me. I dug out the figure the model cars, and spent a few hours arraigning, and shooting a bunch of snaps till I sort of got what I thought might be cool.

...but don't know why.

I actually when I looked again today, and thought that this was a silly, and embarrassing thing to do. I've never felt that way about the little projects I do. ..I mean for decades this made me happy. I don't know why I feel this now.

We all live under such uncertainty, and constant duress. Maybe even the little happy things are no longer enough to help our balance. I don't know.

Maybe they’re not enough, but I still say enjoy them all you can. Perhaps a brandy eggnog would help the tiny world to shine a little brighter.

I heard a song today that said,

“I can’t get well / without Muscatel, “

and -

“Those chicks looked fine, / but I love my wine.”

The author is a poet and philosopher, like Kahlil Gibran, or like the author of this immortal couplet:

Beer does more than Milton can,
To justify God’s ways to man.

So True!

Perhaps,...though I can't drink. I'm allergic to booze. I guess the Native side of my dads family. I loved speed, and coke though. However they both killed me three times as I'm always proud to say. However the slightest snort will kill my ass for real now,...so no dice there.

There is Chocolate.

There's cake pie, and lots of Pepsi or Root Beer...and this shit is legal too!

Actually it may take something I haven't thought of yet to get me back on my moorings.

Thanks for your words dear comrade...stay tuned.

As you see I made yet another little photo of one of my toys. Again it just happened. Creativity even in rather small ways just insists on happening.
It really doesn't care how you feel it just wants to happen,...and does.

So here we are.
