Lately #45 is removing words from the language.
Various government departments
are now forbidden
to use words, and phrases such as
Diversity science based evidence based transgender vulnerable.
Granted by the recent elections major, and down ticket
in the last few months.
Sane people are pushing back against this tide of venality.
If the mid-terms were held today
the GOP would lose both Houses overnight.
I just hope the energy doesn't fizzle.
Maybe not since we can count on #45,
and his evil clown cars of minions
to keep us
both horrified, and determined.

The currently fashionable way to solve a problem is to insist on pretending it doesn’t exist, and to furiously punish those who dare to expose the Potemkin facade.
All that is awful at present will be followed by worse to come. It’s the iron-bound law of American politics, and is why I prefer to pay as little attention as possible to the current gang of racketeers-in-chief.

I didn't hear that Fox News accused the FBI of attempting a Coup against Trump till days after they did.
The news cycles had long since gone on to other atrocities since.
The only way to avoid these madmen is to stay off line or if you do log on stay at certain safe havens.

Forgot to add, I think I prefer democratic socialism as a polity. Marxism, anarchy, libertarianism - I doubt any of them is viable as the basis for a civilization I would care to be part of. Monarchy has its points, but depends too heavily for my liking on the character & competence of one person, which is an iffy thing. And you already know what I think of captipoopitalism. It’s just a particularly despotic form of oligarchy.
