I recall reading both of these Comix's.

The one glorifying nuclear genocide when I was maybe 9. 

The other glorifying a Hippie Paradise.

This in college eight years later.

They both made total sense back then.

Today I read the New York Times

which is far less believable than either.

This in that we now live in a Superman Bizzaro World.

One that makes the fantasies

of a more rational age seem reasonable.

I can hardly wait to see what weird shit happens next.
